There are cheering indications that the moribund Issele-Uku Enterprise Centre is on its way back on stream.
A recent visit to the state government built but abandoned entrepreneurial centre revealed that the entire premises is wearing a clean look and now habitable following the clearing of the bush around the facility.
Painting of the buildings was in progress when our reporter visited, just as the window protectors and corridor railings have been reinforced and broken door and window glasses replaced,
According to the General Manager of DeltaBridge, handlers of the revitalization of the Centre, Mr. Nnamdi Samuel, one of the five enterprise groups of the Consortium, Sunset Bakery, has commence the preparation of a floor plan for the installation of bakery equipment.
Mr. Nnamdi, who reiterated that the revival of the Centre would be in phases, added that DeltaBridge was injecting funds for the repair of some vandalized equipment and fixing of electrical fittings as part of efforts to get the facility back on track.
He said adequate security arrangements had been made to safeguard the facilities in the Centre and assured that the revitalization of the place would enhance the actualization of the M.O.R.E. agenda of the Oborevwori administration.
