FORMER DELTA MILITARY ADMINISTRATOR, IBRAHIM KEFAS, DIES AT 73

A former Military Administrator of Delta State, Group Captain Ibrahim Kefas (Retd) is dead.

He reportedly passed on in the early hours of Friday, October 1, in Abuja at the age of 73.

Kefas, who hailed from Taraba State, served as Military Administrator of Cross River State between December 1993 and September 1994.

He was deployed to Delta State on September 26, 1994 and served until August 1996 during the military regime of General Sani Abacha.
