The Chief Adviser to the Governor of Delta State, Sen. Chief Dr. Ighoyota Amori JP, has felicitated former Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, on his 67th birth anniversary.
Chief Amori, in a statement released on Monday, 4th August 2025, described Chief Ibori as a bosom brother and friend, who had impacted so many lives and transformed every area and sector in Delta State when he held sway as Governor between 1999 and 2007.
Chief Amori, who served under the Ibori administration in various capacities, praised God for adding another wonderful year to his age, and prayed God Almighty to grant him more fruitful years.

“You have been a bosom brother and friend whose political antecedent deserves accolades, having served our dear state genuinely and passionately.
