A former Clerk of the Delta State House of Assembly, Sir Dan Okenyi, is dead.
A family member, Alex Okenyi, who confirmed the sad news, said Dan, also a former Commissioner for Lands, Surveys and Urban Development, died in Lagos after an undisclosed illness.
He said the family was still running around to sort out certain things after which further information would be released.
The late Dan Okenyi, popularity called Kabila, held sway as Clerk of the House during the Ibori administration.
