Mr Nkem Nwaeke, the Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has felicitated the Rector of the Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, Olorogun Professor Emmanuel Ufuophu-Biri, on his birth anniversary.
Mr Nwaeke, in a goodwill message on the occasion, said the Rector remained one of the worthy and great member of the Indomitable Class of ’98, Mass Communication Department, Delta State University, Abraka.
The CPS to the Rt Hon Speaker extended warmest felicitations to the man he described as “a dear classmate, friend and brother” and wished him more fulfilling years ahead.
Nwaeke described Prof Biri’s dedication to education and leadership as truly inspiring, stressing that his appointment as Rector of the Delta State Polytechnic, Oghara was a testament to his sound academic achievements, expertise and commitment to excellence.
“Today, we celebrate not only the passage of time, but the remarkable journey of an academic, administrator, and a strong member of Indomitable Class of 98, Prof Emmanuel Ufuophu-Biri, whose story continues to inspire generations.
“From the lecture halls of Delta State University, Abraka to the helm of one of the state’s foremost institutions, you have exemplified excellence, integrity, and unwavering commitment to public service.
“Your leadership at the Delta State Polytechnic, Oghara, has brought progress and purpose, just as his journey through life has been of great pride to all privileged to call him a classmate, brother and friend.

Olorogun Professor Emmanuel Ufuophu-Biri, a Professor of Mass Communication and Journalism, holds the Chieftaincy title ”Omoko of Oghara Kingdom”, in appreciation of his unwavering commitment to the growth of the institution located in the kingdom
