The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has congratulated the immediate past Governor of the state, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on his natal anniversary.
Rt Hon Guwor, in a message to the Ika-born political tactician, issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, described Dr Okowa as an exceptional leader whose eight-year tenure as Governor of Delta State witnessed lots of transformation and growth.
The Speaker acknowledged his dedication, wisdom, and selfless service to the people and his efforts at achieving political stability in the state.
The Speaker on behalf of his immediate family, the people of Warri South West Constituency and the entire Delta State Legislature, felicitated Dr Okowa and prayed for more blissful years ahead of him.
