The Delta Queens Hockey Team is set to make history in the African Cup For Club (ACCC) taking place in Ismailia, Egypt.

The team secured the maximum 3 points in their first match on Thursday last week, with a 5-0 win, after a Walk-Over against Kampala Girls of Uganda who were unavoidably absent due to Flight Related Issues.

Team Delta, however, lost their second match against a fellow  Nigerian team, Kada Queens Hockey Team, at the weejend, with a 2-0 defeat, which put them in a very sad mood and compelled them to put all available indices together for their next match.

The Delta Queens Hockey Team went all out vigorously to play one of the local favourites, El Sharkia of Egypt and the won the game by 2-0, thereby amassing a total of 6points in 3 matches

With this impressive result, Delta Queens Hockey Team is placed 2nd in the Group regarded as Group of Death.
