Business Mogul, Uju Udeme, Celebrates Birth Anniversary , Pledges To Remain Impactful To Society

The Chairman, Police Officers Mess of the Delta State Police Command, Chief Uju Udeme, on Saturday, 14th December, celebrated his birth anniversary.

The event, which took place at the Mess complex in the police headquarters, Asaba, attracted  family members, business and political associates, as well as friends and well wishers of the celebrant 

In his remarks on the occasion, Chief Udeme, an Asaba-based businessman and politician, thanked God for making it possible for him to witness another birthday in good health and abundant grace 

He said birth anniversary reminded one of the passage of time, which everyone must be conscious of, because getting older meant that some time had passed in one’s life 

Chief Udeme described the Police Officers Mess as a highly cherished family and thanked the officials and members for the unity and oneness of purposed that had kept the Mess going over the years.

The celebrant pointed out that he had made modest contributions to societal growth in public and private life, explaining that as a rice miller and dealer he had helped to improve food security and the well-being of the people,.

He added that the introduction of oat meal to his production chain was a dream come true because he had nursed to vision of contributing to healthy diet which the oat meal offered. 

Chief Udeme promised to remain steadfast in politics where he had helped to install good leaders at the national, state and local government levels, and commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for delivering on his campaign promises. 

The highlight of the celebration was the cutting of the birthday cake by the celebrant, joined by some of the dignitaries present.
