The National Youth Wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Youth Development, have pledged full support for Senator Ned Nwoko’s ongoing efforts to actualize the creation of Anioma State
They made the pledge when they paid a solidarity visit to the Senator, who represents Delta North senatorial district, at his Abuja residence on Friday.
The group lauded the Senator’s unwavering commitment to championing the cause, describing it as a progressive step towards greater representation.
The visit follows similar backing from members of Senator Nwoko’s party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), signaling growing bipartisan support for the Anioma State creation project.
The lawmaker, who has been vocal about the need for Anioma State, expressed gratitude for the show of solidarity from the APC youth wing, noting that such support strengthened the call for equity and justice within the Nigerian federation.
