The member representing the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Rt. Hon Nnamdi Ezechi, has extended felicitations to a prominent community leader in Ndokwa land, Admiral Mike Onah (rtd) on the birth anniversary.
Hon Ezechi, in a statement issued in Abuja, described the auspicious occasion of Admiral Onah’s birth anniversary as a significant milestone for him as he remained a unifier, peace builder and father figure to the people of Ndokwa nation.
He noted that the renowned political leader and staunch member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) had paid his dues in the affairs of the state and the nation, having served as a member of the State Peace and Advisory Council and as a distinguished military officer in the Nigerian Navy where he rose to the rank of an Admiral and Chief of Naval Accounts
The Lawmaker stated that Admiral Onah served the nation without blemish and stood himself out as a good ambassador of the Ndokwa nation and Delta State, noting that he had remained relevant to the system even as an elder statesman.
Hon Ezechi, who said he would not forget the impact of the retired Naval Chief on his life, prayed God to grant him good health, long life and happiness in the years ahead.
