The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Dennis Emomotimi Guwor, has felicitated former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan on his 70th birth anniversary.
Rt Hon Guwor in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, CPS, Mr Nkem Nwaeke, noted that the milestone celebration of the biblical three scores and ten years was characterized by God’s goodness and mercy upon the life of the celebrant.
The Speaker recalled the eight- year tenure of Dr Uduaghan as Governor, saying that it was eight years of dedication to public service, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to building a great and prosperous Delta state.
Guwor, on behalf of the Delta State House of Assembly, appreciated Uduaghan for his significant contributions to the development of the state.
He said, “His Excellency, as you celebrate this remarkable achievement, we wish you good health, happiness, and continued service to God and humanit”.
The Speaker prayed that the new chapter in the life of Dr Uduaghan be filled with joy, wisdom, and greater fulfillment.
