A renowned investment analyst, politician and businessman, Hon Peter Okolie, has emerged as the Secretary, Board of Directors for the Delta Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (DACCIMA).
Hon Okolie’s appointment was confirmed at the inaugural meeting of the Board in Warri, presided over by its Chairman, Chief (Dr ) Anthony Idigbe, SAN.
The Board, after an extensive deliberation, took into consideration Hon Okolie’s wealth of experience and the conviction that he would make a good Secretary that would dutifully keep the minutes book and take charge of the correspondences of the Board.
In his remarks after being confirmed as the Board Secretary , Hon Okolie thanked the Directors for the opportunity given him to serve and pledged to discharge his duties diligently.
He described the Board Chairman, Chief (Dr.) Anthony Idigbe, SAN, and the Directors as successful businessmen whose individual and collective contributions would take DACCIMA to greater heights.
Hon Okolie expressed confidence that the Board would come up with innovations and initiatives that would reposition DACCIMA to global standards in line with the present day realities in the pursuit of its mandate
