The member representing the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Nnamdi Ezechi, has congratulated the State Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Sir Monday Onyeme, on the auspicious occasion of his birth anniversary.
Hon Ezechi, in a message made available to newsmen in Asaba, noted that the life of the Deputy Governor had been that of service to God and humanity, noting that he is a devout Christian and a renowned philanthropist who has touched many lives through the Monday Onyeme Foundation.
The Federal Lawmaker said as a politician, the Deputy Governor has made history as the first Ndokwa man to become the second citizen of the state, just as he has mentored many younger politicians to actualize their political ambitions.
Hon Ezechi particularly appreciated Sir Onyeme for the role he played in his election to the National Assembly and for the support he has continued to give afterwards to make the transformation of the Ndokwa nation achievable
He stated that the Deputy Governor has been a loyal party man and has been a worthy ambassador of Ndokwa land who understands the dynamics of politics and has been working closely with his boss, the Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, towards actualizing the MORE agenda.
Hon Ezechi prayed God to grant the Deputy Governor good health, long life and political will to continue to be of service to the Ndokwa nation, the state, the country and humanity at large
