OBIELUM, EZECHI, OSAMUTA, OTHERS STAGE THANK-YOU RALLY FOR NDOKWA EAST PDP

The State Deputy Governor, Sir Monday Onyeme, on Friday appreciated the people of Ndokwa nation for their unwavering support for PDP, especially during the 2023 general election.

Sir Onyeme expressed his appreciation at Ushie, in Ndokwa East local government area, during a thank-you rally organized by Chief God’swill Obielum, Hon Nnamdi Ezechi, Hon Emeka Osamuta, Dr Kingsley Ashibogwu, among other leaders, for the ten wards in Ndokwa East.

The Deputy Governor, who was the Special Guest of Honour, noted that the support base of the party in Ndokwa East and the entire Ndokwa nation had remained strong over the years, accounting for the landslide victory recorded by the party in the area in the last elections.

He expressed delight that the 2023 general election produced young leaders, who were currently doing the party and their constituencies proud in their positions of trust.

Sir Onyeme particularly placed on record, the brilliant performance of Hon Nnamdi Ezechi in the House of Representatives, stressing that the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency had never been so effectively represented in the Green Chambers.

In his remarks, Hon Ezechi thanked the State Governor, Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori; his Deputy, Sir Monday Onyeme; immediate past of the State, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, Chief God’swill Obielum, among other leaders, for their massive support and encouragement before, during and after the elections.

The Federal Lawmaker also appreciated the elders, youths, women, spiritual fathers and the various political pressure groups across the ten wards in Ndokwa East for standing by him and other candidates of the party.

He assured that the voice of the people of Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency would continue to be heard in the National Assembly and that the desired level of development was attained in the Constituency.

Others who spoke, including Chief God’swill Obielum, Hon Emeka Osamuta, Dr Kingsley Ashibogwu, the LGA PDP Chairman, Hon Vincent Osilonya; Amechi Asogwa, among others, reiterated the need for unity and cohesion in the party for greater electoral exploits
