It was with a heart full of joy and a great sense of fulfillment that I took a bow on Thursday, 7th March, 2024, as the Councillor that represented Ward 3 (Obomkpa) in Aniocha North Local Government Legislative Arm. 

To God be the glory for His love, mercy and grace, which strengthened and brought me thus far in a journey of three good years without accident or any sad news. 

My God that never fails made everything possible for me. I remember Your word in Psalm 121 vs 4 – 5. I am sooooo grateful Lord

I sincerely want to thank the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, for working hard to ensure a better and more peaceful Delta state.

In a special way, I appreciate the immediate past Governor of Delta State, the Ekwueme 1, the Road Master himself, the political mathematician of Delta State, for giving me this great and unforgettable opportunity, as a female, to serve at the Local Government Level. 

With your kind permission, Your Excellency Sir, I am officially giving you the name “SOLOMON of ANIOMA LAND”. May your wisdom and good work never go in vain. Amen

The leaders and stakeholders of Aniocha North Local Government Area, I thank you all profusely for your advice and support all through my tenure.

I cannot fail to recognize the party, my great party, the party that made me, the PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP), I am grateful.

A very special thanks to my Mother, the mother of all, mother of Governors, Permanent Mother of Government, my Disciplinarian, A mother with a golden heart, the Political engine house, the Amazon and Pride of Obomkpa (Obocity) Chief P.N.K Okwuofu, the Agunwanyi of the Universe. Thank you for your motherly support through thick and thin. I Love you Mum. 

Special thanks to a leader that understands the needs of his people and provides for them, I call him a man of destiny. He is the “Okaa Ome 1 of Nsukwa Land” in the person of Rt. Hon. Ndudi Godwin Elumelu, the former Minority Leader, House of Representative and the mouth piece of the people. 

I will not forget in a hurry the training you sponsored for all Councillors in Aniocha/Oshimili within our first three months in office. I indeed appreciate your fatherly love and encouragement to me. May your good work always speak for you my Supper Leader.

A special thanks to my senior brother who is always there for me and indeed the youths of Aniocha North; the Omeli Ora 1 of Obomkpa Kingdom. 

Hon. Commissioner for SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Delta State, Hon. Odinigwe Daniel Odigie, I love you big brother. 

My sincere appreciation goes to leaders of my ward, particularly the party executive members, Hon Surv Charles Ogedi, the Odozi-Ani 1 of Obomkpa, who is the President General of Obomkpa Development Union; Hon. Alex Ajumuka, Deacon Chuks Nwaebuni, Prince Ifeanyi Eze, past Councillors, and my very beloved brother, Hon Eric Ekene Eziunor, of blessed memory, and a host of others I cannot mention here at home and abroad for your support and advice throughout the past three years.

It was a great experience working with my former Council Chairman, my former Leader and colleagues in the Legislative Arm. Thanks to all of you for your love and cooperation.

I am most grateful to you all for it was indeed a successful journey. 

I sincerely appreciate His Royal Majesty, Obi Josiah Kanyinaga Onyemaechi, the Obi of Obomkpa. “Obi Agu!!!” 

Ndi Ogbe-Ogene/Ogbe-Obi, I am proud of you all. Thank you all for your support and prayers, it was indeed a success, your daughter is back with no scratch. All glory to God.

I am short of the right words to describe my lovely and supportive family, your prayers and hard work have done a lot for me. Most especially my second father, my hero and a brother in a million, may the Lord grant your heart desires big brother, and to you sister Tina my leaning shoulder at all times, I joined the heaven to say Amen to your secret prayers. I am proud to be called your Junior sister. Thanks a million big brother and sister. 

The vibrant and capable youths of my great town, Obomkpa Ward 3, the leaders of tomorrow, home and abroad, I am so proud of you all. Thank you all for not disappointing me with every given opportunity, a lot of faces are smiling now and I believe we can do more in future. Always remember that no opportunity is too small, so don’t waste it whenever it comes.

Thank you all for your Love and strength that you gave me through out the period, I am indeed proud of my home, Obomkpa (Home sweet home, No place like). Thank you all.

I wish to say a big thank you to my spiritual fathers who have never relented in their prayers for me. I pray God, in His infinite mercies and grace to strengthen you more. Amen.

Obviously, the list is endless, but the God that sees the heart and mind of man will answer my prayers for you all. Amen
