A Prince of Okpe Kingdom and Duke of Orerokpe District, Okakuro Prince Godwin Eguriase Ejinyere has felicitated the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom, HRM Maj. Gen. Felix Mujakperuo (rtd), Orhue 1, on his installation as the pioneer Chancellor of the Nigerian Army University, Biu, Borno State.
In a statement on Monday, Prince Ejinyere, who is the Director-General of the Warri, Uvwie and Environs Special Area Development Agency, WUEDA, also felicitated the Okpe Monarch on his conferment with an Honorary Doctor of Law, LLD Degree of the Army University.
The former Okpe Council Chairman and one-time Executive Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Project Monitoring, said the Royal Father, who was former Chancellor of the Odumegwu Ojukwu University in Anambra State, and the current Chairman of Delta State Council of Traditional Rulers, deserved the appointment and honour given his Sterling leadership qualities and many years of experience as an Army General.
Okakuro Ejinyere, the Orhorhomu Okpe of Okpe Kingdom, thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for honoring the Okpe Monarch with such a great appointment and expressed confidence that the Orodje would bring his wealth of military and administrative experiences to bear on his new assignment.
