Daughter of former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan and Delta State Commissioner for Girl Child Entrepreneurship and Humanitarian Support Services, Miss Orode Uduaghan, has expressed optimism that the newly constituted State Executive Council will make the desired impact in the lives of the people.
In an interview with newsmen after hosting family members, friends and well wishers to a reception at the Master Care International School, Asaba, Orode said the calibre of the new Exco members was reassuring and she was sure they would give their best to the service of the state.
The Commissioner noted that the blend of the old and the young in the Exco would make for greater efficiency because the older hands would come with their experiences and expertise, while the younger ones would deploy their energy, fresh ideas and fresh actions to get things done in line with best practices.
She thanked Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for the opportunity given her and the other Commissioners to serve and promised to do her best in her capacity to advance the vision of the present administration.
The 36-year old also thanked her parents for equipping her with the knowledge and character to serve humanity.
