The immediate past Deputy Chief Whip of the Delta State Assembly, Hon Solomon Ighrakpata, has felicitated the former Governor of the state, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa as he celebrates his 64th birth anniversary.
Ighrakpata, who represented Uvwie State Constituency, said it was gratifying for the former Governor to be celebrating his 64th birthday in such a glowing good health and so much life fulfillment.
The former Lawmaker described Okowa as a quintessential leader of great repute, saying that he traversed all sectors of the state’s economy with good deeds as Governor of Delta State.
Ighrakpata’s goodwill message on the former Governor’s birthday was contained in a statement made available to newsmen in Asaba, the State capital.
Part of the statement reads, “I on behalf of my family and associates felicitate His Excellency, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, on his 64th birth anniversary.
“I rejoice with you, Your Excellency, and I pray God to continue to grant you abundant grace and many more years of good health. Once again congratulations and many happy returns”, Hon Ighrapata stated.
The former Deputy Chief Whip of the State Assembly also prayed God to grant Dr Okowa peace and protections in his future endeavors both in private and public lives.
