A clergyman, Pastor Adese Onos, his wife and housemaid have died as a result of injuries sustained in a gas explosion that occurred at Orogun, in Ughelli North Local Government Area, on Thursday, May 4.
The victims were said to be in their home when the gas explosion occurred, following which they were rushed to the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), Benin City, Edo State, for treatment.
The pastor was the first to die, followed by the maid, while the cleric’s wife died on Sunday, May 7.
