A former Special Adviser to Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan on Inter-Party Relations, now Executive Assistant to the Governor on Political Matters, Hon Taju Isichei, also known as Ikuku, has delivered his unit 6 of ward 5, Umuaji, Asaba, to the PDP in Saturday’s Gubernatorial and House of Assembly election.
Hon Isichei, who was full of thanks for the people for voting for PDP, said that was the only way to appreciate the State Governor, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa, for the massive transformation of Asaba by his administration.
The PDP chieftain said sustaining the tempo of development of the state, particularly the State Capital Territory, was the way to go, assuring that the Governor meant well for the state by the choice of Sheriff Oborevwori as the Governorship candidate of the party.
He called on the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to do the needful so that the wish of the people, and nothing else, would be reflected in the results to be announced.
