The Court of Appeal in Abuja has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to appropriately list Honourable Ben Igbakpa as the candidate of the NNPP for Ethiope Federal Constituency in Saturday’s National Assembly elections.
INEC had obviously in error, listed Ben Igbakpa for Okpe Uvwie Federal Constituency, which prompted the Lawmaker to approach the Court of Appeal, which ruled in his favour.
INEC has been served the court order and is expected to appropriately list Hon Ben Igbakpa on the ballot as NNPP candidate for the Ethiope Federal Constituency House of Representatives election.
