Delta-born billionaire and PRESIDENT of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministries (CMDM), worldwide, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin has donated the sum of Five Million Naira cash, food items, mattresses and medicaments, among others, to Internally Displaced Persons currently camped in his Church at Effurun, near Warri, Delta State.
The donation was made on Thursday, October 27, 2022 by Senior Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Rescue Team, under the auspices of Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation, JOFF, to mitigate the effects of the ravaging floods on the victims in the impacted states in the country.
According to Prophet Fufeyin, JOFF was taking care of over ten thousand persons displaced by flood in the holding camps established by the Church, accommodating those whose homes were submerged from Anambra, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Kogi, Imo, among other states in Nigeria, pointing out that the rescue mission embarked upon by the Foundation was divinely inspired.
The Prophet had earlier visited some of the ravaged communities in Delta in speed boats with members of his team, to rescue flood victims to the camps, during which he also made cash donations, with relief materials to the communities.
He assured the impacted communities and those rescued that JOFF would continue to cater for them, pending when the floods would recede, promising that they would never experience pains again as a result of the flooding with God’s intervention in their affairs.
The CMDM Founder called on Churches and other religious organisations to come to the aid of the flood victims in order to alleviate their pains, explaining that the natural disaster was beyond human control.
Josephine Jos, Preye Faith, both mothers of twins rescued by the team from Ayakoromo in Burutu LGA commended Prophet Fufeyin for his fatherly love and care by rescuing them from the ravaging flood which had sacked them from their homes.
Other beneficiaries Joy Reuben from Kogi State, Michael Glory, from Oleh in Delta State, Enegarenbenabo Tei Aperebo from Peretorogbene, Bayelsa, as well as those from Gbekebor, Obotebe, Rivers and Anambra States hailed Prophet Fufeyin for identifying with the internally displaced persons when it mattered most.
They prayed God for more anointing and increased blessing upon Prophet Fufeyin to enable him continue to touch lives and win souls to Christ.
