Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta on Youth Development, Honourable Nnamdi Ezechi, has expressed condolences to the Akozor family of Aboh over the death of the Commissioner representing the Ndokwa nation on the Board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission DESOPADEC) Hon. Ikechukwu Akozor.
Ezechi, who paid a condolence visit to the bereaved family on Friday, also condoled the State Governor, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, and DESOPADEC on the passing of the PDP faithful whom he described as a peaceful man and committed grassroots politician.
He noted that the deceased, who succeeded him as Commissioner on the Board of DESOPADEC, was a humble, focused and God fearing leader and did his best to impact on the lives of the people of Ndokwa nation.
The EA said the sudden passing of Akozor was a huge loss to the Ndokwa nation, the PDP family and the state and prayed God to grant his soul eternal rest and his family the fortitude to bear the loss.
