A former Special Adviser to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Project Implementation and Evaluation, Hon (Prince) Johnson Erijo, has congratulated the Governor on his 62nd birth anniversary today.
Erijo, in a message, noted that the life of the Governor had been that of service to God and humanity, pointing out that Okowa had served the people at the local, state and national levels without blemish.
He said as Governor, Okowa had, in the past six years endeared himself to the people through selfless service, detribalised mindset, passion for the best, believe in equity, fairness and justice.
Erijo, a former representative of the Isoko South 2 Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, stated that Okowa had remained a shining example of a good leader among the Governors, including those in opposition, as his policies and programmes had remained models for others to emulate.
The former Special Adviser prayed God to continually bless and protect Okowa to enable him to actualize his dream for the state, particularly the Stronger Delta Agenda.
He solicited increased support for the Governor in the remaining part of his tenure.
