Reappointed Commissioner and member of the Delta State Executive Council, Pastor Chris Onogba, has thanked Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for finding him worthy to contribute more to building a Stronger Delta

Onogba, at a reception organized for guests at the residence of Chief Ighoyota Amori in Asaba shortly after his inauguration, said his reappointment was an act of God considering the millions of eminently qualified Deltans that deserved to be appointed.

He, however, acknowledged that the 18 new Commissioners merited their appointments, adding that those reappointed did their best to drive the policies and programmes of the state government, which was duly appreciated by the Governor.

While saying that it was another call to service in the remaining part of the Okowa administration, which he described as crucial and full of expectations, Onogba, who served as Commissioner for Environment before the dissolution of the State Exco on May 18, assured that he would be more dedicated to the service of the state in any Ministry he would be assigned to.

The Commissioner called on Deltans to continue to support Governor Okowa to finish strong and better, as the past six years of his administration had impacted greatly on the lives of the people.
