A PDP chieftain in Ndokwa East Local Government Area, Honourable Nnamdi Ezechi, has felicitated with the six newly inaugurated Supervisory Councillors in the area.
Ezechi, who is an Executive Assistant to the Governor on Youth Development, said the appointment of the Supervisor Councillors was a call to service, and charged them to discharge their duties diligently to compliment the Stronger Delta vision of the Okowa administration and add value to the lives of Ndokwa East people.
He said they should see the entire Council Area as their constituency and support the Council Chairman, Honourable Juan Governor, to succeed in transforming the area for the overall good of all.
The Executive Assistant thanked the Vincent Osilonya led executive of the People’s Democratic Party for ensuring unity and cohesion among party members, and particularly hailed the contributions of a prominent leader in the area, Chief Godswill Obielum, to the growth of the party and mentorship of younger politicians.
Ezechi commended the Legislative Arm of the Ndokwa East Council, led by Honourable Chukwuyelum Onuah for so far demonstrating progressive traits that would enhance partnership with the Executive, urging both arms to put the interest of Ndokwa East people above personal considerations.
