The Bayelsa State Gubernatorial Election Petition Tribunal has nullified the election of Governor Duoye Diri of Bayelsa State.
The election was nullified following a petition by the Advanced Nigeria Democratic Party over its unlawfully exclusion from participating in the election.
The tribunal ordered fresh election within 90 days.
The tribunal ruling is, however, subject to challenge at the Appeal Court.
