It is hereby announced for the information of the public that a fully sponsored virtual International Community Immunity Ambassadors Training Programme on COVID – 19 is being organised by the Association of Ex – Local Government Chairmen In Nigeria (ASELGON) for its members in the 36 states of the federation and the FCT.
A statement issued by the Chsirman, Board of Trustees (BOT) of ASELGON, Honourable (Barr.) Chinwe Monu Olarewaju, says the one – week virtual training programme, being organised in conjunction with Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates, will be flagged off on July 21, 2020,
The participants, one from each of the 774 local government areas in the country and Abuja, will,at the end of the training receive an internationally recognized Ambassadorial Certificate, in addition to a National Certificate of Participation as a global volunteer in the fight against Covid-19 in their respective local government areas across the country.
Consequently, the National President is to furnish the Secretariat with the necessary information on the 36 state participants, including the FCT.
This includes: Name of nominee, State of Origin, Local Govt Area Served, GSM Phone Number (WhatsApp), Functional Email Address.
Other bio data are to be supplied by the Participants online during the registration exercise.
