Delta State Commissioner for Trade and Investment, Honourable Chika Ossai, has congratulated the State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa on his 61st birthday.
Chika Ossai, in a congratulatory message, described the 61 years of his Principal as years of anointing and fulfilment of dreams.
While wishing the Governor a happy birthday ,long life and good health, the Cimmissioner prayed for speedy recovery for him and his family from the dreaded corona virus infection.
Chika Ossai described Senator Okowa as a blessing to Delta state, stressing that he had used his wealth of experience in his profession and politics to developed the state.
