The embattled Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial crimes commission, Ibrahim Magu, has been suspended.
Magu’s suspension, which was announced by the presidency on Tuesday afternoon, comes a day after he was grilled by an inter-agency presidential panel on allegations of Corruption.
The EFCC boss is alleged to own four properties worth millions of naira, in addition to living in a N40m mansion rented by one Umar Mohammed and transferring funds abroad through a third party.
