The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, (NCDC), on Saturday confirmed 603 new cases of Cironavirus and six deaths from 19 state’s, bringing the total number of infections at the national level to 28,167.
Active cases are 16,071, with 11,462 discharges and 634 deaths.
Delta recorded 62 of the new cases to take the state’s total number of infections to 1,227, out of which 795 are active, 407 discharged and death toll 25.
Other states from where new cases were reported are Lagos(135), Edo(87), FCT(73), Rivers(67), Ogun(47), Kaduna(20), Plateau (19), Osun(17), Ondo(16), Enugu(15), Oyo(15), Borno(13), Niger(6), Nasarawa(4), Kebbi(3), Kano(2), Sokoto(1), Abia(1)
