Embattled Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He joined the opposition party on Friday at its State Secretariat in Benin.
The party confirmed the development in a tweet on its official handle.
The Governor was accompanied to the state PDP Secretariat by his teeming supporters, political appointees, friends and well wishers.
