COVOD – 19: NCDC Confirms 87 New Cases, 1 Death In Nigeria

87 new cases of the COVID – 19 and one death were on Saturday confirmed in nine states by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

A new state, Imo, has reported a confirmed case, bringing the number of affected states to 28 and the FCT.

Total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria now stands at 1182, with 222 discharged cases and 35 deaths.

The 87 new cases are in Lagos with (33), Borno (18), Osun (12), Katsina (9), Kano (4), Ekiti (4), Edo (3), Bauchi (3), Imo (1).

Lagos now has 689 confirmed cases.
