As the fight against the corona virus continues across the country, 108 new cases of the disease have been recorded, bringing the total till date to 981.
Discharged cases remain 197, while the death toll is now 31.
The new cases were reported from eight states- Lagos (78), FCT (14), Ogun (5), Gombe (4), Borno (3), Akwa Ibom (2), Kwara (1), Plateau (1).
Lagos has the lion share of 582 of the 981 cases so far recorded in the country, FCT 133, Kano 73, Delta 6.
Benue, Anambra, Sokoto, Adamawa and Plateau states have one case each.
