Nigeria now has a total of 782 confirmed cases of corona virus from 7,153 samples tested.
A tweet late Tuesday night by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) shows that the new cases were reported in 8 states, with Lagos recording 59.
29 cases were reported in the FCT, 14 in Kano, 6 in Borneo, 4 in Katsina, 3 in Ogun, 1 in Rivers and 1 in Bauchi.
197 cases have been discharged, while the death toll is 25.
Lagos is still in the lead with 430 confirmed cases, followed by the FCT with 118 cases.
The number of cases in Delta remains 4.
