Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State has confirmed that the state has recorded its third case of the rampaging COVID-19.
Okowa disclosed this on Saturday via a tweet on his verified twitter handle.
The cases was diagnosed at one of the isolation centres in Asaba, the state capital.
