The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed five new coronavirus cases, raising the country’s number to 51.
The agency said Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) had two cases each and Rivers one.
The centre added that three of the cases were returning travellers into Nigeria while the other two were close contacts of a confirmed case.
Currently Lagos has 32 cases, FCT- 10 Ogun- 3, Ekiti- 1, Oyo- 1, Edo- 1, Bauchi-1, Osun-1, Rivers-1.
