Revolution Now Protest Convener, Omoyele Sowore, was in an Abuja High Court on Wednesday ( today) for hearing on his case which was adjourned from Tuesday.
The case was again stalled and adjourned to Thursday ( tomorrow ) following the failure of prosecution to serve the defendant all the documents needed to pursue the case.
The trial Judge, Justice Ijeoma Ojokwu, ordered the prosecution to pay N200,000 to the defendant.
In court, in solidarity with Sowore, were Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka, Senator Shehu Sani and Deji Adeyanju.
