Barely one month after his last visit, the Founder, Dive Faith Evangelical Ministries Agbor, Prophet Joseph Igbodo, has again visited widows in Issele – Uku, Aniocha north local government area, with succour.
Prophet Igbodo took cartons of Noddles, Viju/Nutri Milk and toiletries to the widows numbering over 150.
Sharing the word of God with the widows, the clergy man represented by Pastor Austin Ikpegbu, charged them to trust in God and follow the path of righteousness in order to continually enjoy God’s favour.
He said the widows, who had become wives of God, should surrender their worries to Him, assuring that God would not forsake them when they seek His face.
Prophet Igbodo urged them to shun ungodly practices such as idolatry and witchcraft, stressing that they should do things that glorified God if they must continue to enjoy His defense and protection.
The cleric, who is also the Proprietor of Job’s Orphanage Agbor, said God specially loved widows and orphans as could be found in the scriptures and would continue to provide for them, even in most difficult times.
He reaffirmed the commitment of his ministry to touching lives and reaching out to the vulnerable and economically weak in the society and thanked individuals and organisations that had supported the cause of charity being championed by Divine Faith Evangelical Ministries, Job’s Orphanage and the Widow’s Trust outreach.
Prophet Igbodo prayed God to grant the widows good health and the right direction to take care of their children and be useful to the community, just as he warned those oppressing widows to desist or face the wrath of God.
