The Founder of Divine Faith Evangelical Mission International, Agbor, Prophet Joseph Igbodo, on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, donated educational materials and toiletries to two primary schools at Oza-Nogogo, in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State.
The schools are Owuwu Primary School and Idumenwa Primary School Oza-Nogogo.
Prophet Igbodo was accompanied by his Personal Assistant, Pastor Patrick Ojougboh, and was received by the Head Teacher of Owuwu primary school, Mrs. Okolo. E,
Mrs Okoko thanked the donor, who is also the Proprietor of Job’s Orphanage, Agbor, for the wonderful gifts which she noted came at the right time when the pupils were in dire need of the items.
She prayed God to continually bless Prophet Igbodo and his family with good health and long life.
At Idumenwa primary school, Oza-Nogogo; Prophet Igbodo was received by Mr. Ignatius Onyeacholem and some teachers of the school; on behalf of the Head Teacher, Mrs. Ikem . P. N.
Receiving the items, Mr. Onyeacholem stated that Prophet Igbodo had done a great thing in the lives of the pupils, saying that he had helped to relief parents of the pupils of the burden of buying the school materials.
The Primary Six class teacher, prayed God to grant Prophet Igbodo divine fulfilment and urged the donor to extend the gesture to pupils of other schools in the locality.
Earlier, Prophet Igbodo said he was motivated to visit and encourage the pupils because of the numerous benefits of quality education to the children.
Continuing, the Proprietor of St. Stephen’s Trust Widows Hone, Agbor, said the items were provided by God through public spirited individuals and organizations.
He advised the pupils to always listen attentively to their teachers during lessons and be respectful to their teachers, parents and elders.
Prophet Igbodo charged the teachers to be more dedicated to their duties in order to produce well educated and disciplined children that would be the pride of their families, community and the nation at large.
Items presented to the pupils include; Notebooks, biro pens,pencils, sharpeners, rulers, detergents and toiletries.
