The Founder of Divine Faith Evangelical Mission International, Agbor, Prophet Joseph Igbodo, has taken his philanthropic gesture to widows at Oza – Nogogo, in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State.

Over one hundred widows from the various quarters of the community benefitted.

In a brief exhortation, Edo born Prophet Igbodo thanked God for keeping the widows and their children alive to see the new year and charged them to be steadfast in faith and draw closer to God in order to succeed in life.

The cleric, who is also the Proprietor of Job’s Orphanage and Saint Stephen’s Trust Widows Home, both in Agbor, encouraged the widows to be more committed to serving God so that their needs and those of their children could be met.

He advised them to shun intimate relationships and be married to God, just as he warned those patronizing native doctors and herbalists to desist forthwith.

The Prophet of God urged those engaged in idol worship to renounce idolatry and surrender to God so that the Lord could dwell fully in their hearts and encouraged the witches among them to repent from their evil ways to make their lives meaningful.

Prophet Igbodo, who prayed for the widows, encouraged them to consistently pray for him, donors of the items and their community to prosper so that they and their children could benefit immensely from the blessings of God upon the land of Oza-Nogogo.

Some of the Pastors who accompanied Prophet Igbodo on the visit urged the widows to look unto God for mercy; emphasizing that God had remembered them and their children this year for blessings and divine fulfilment.

Items presented to the widows include; 70 cartons of indomie noddles, 14 cartons of bobo fruit juice, 15 rolls of tissue papers, 6 cartons of biscuits, 4 packets of sweet and 20 bags of women clothes.

Mrs. Josephine Monday, who responded  on behalf of the widows, thanked and appreciated Prophet Igbodo for his kind gesture, and prayed God to prosper him and his family.

Prophet Igbodo was accompanied on the visit by Apostle Joseph Ekuma, Reverend Joseph Osayande, Pastors Michael Ukwuoma, Austin Ikpegbu, Friday Nzeh, Benjamin Glory, Patrick Ojougboh, ASP Godwin Obodo (Rtd.) and Brother Chuks Ossai.
