The member representing Warri North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly and Deputy Majority Whip of the House, Honourable Fred Martins, has felicitated with Ogiame Ikenwoli, the Olu of Warri, on his fourth coronation anniversary.
Martins, who led a high powered delegation of family members, friends and supporters to the palace of the Olu at Ode-Itsekiri in Warri South to pay homage to the royal father, described Warri kingdom in the past four years as peaceful, attributing the situation to the leadership qualities of the royal father.
He assured the Olu of the prayers and support of the people to fast track the development of the Warri kingdom.
The Lawmaker, who is the Chairman, Delta State House of Assembly Committee on Sports and Youth Development,
harped on the need for all stakeholders to continue to rally support for the monarch, stressing that the Warri kingdom deserved nothing short of the very best at all times.
The Lawmaker enjoined his constituents to participate actively in all activities lined up by the Warri kingdom to celebrate the coronation anniversary and charged all to remain peaceful all through the celebrations.
