Mr Ebie said communities should always explore dialogue in resolving every misunderstanding between parties instead of resorting to violence which had proven to be inimical to development and progress.

He said the state government was appreciative of the role played by the Isoko Development Union in bringing lasting peace to Ibrede Community and assured the union that government would do everything possible to ensure that the peace was sustained.

The President General of Isoko Development Union, Chief Iduh Amadhe, commended the state government for reaching out to the victims with succour and promised that the union would ensure that the peace currently being enjoyed in Isoko nation was sustained.
