The member representing Isoko South Constituency Two in the Delta State House of Assembly, Honourable Ferguson Onwo, has promised to focus more on human capital development in the constituency.

Speaking while playing host to a delegation of PDP leaders and party faithful from Aviara Ward three, Isoko South local government area of Delta state at the Assembly Complex, Asaba,

Honourable Onwo said investing in human capital would provide returns to the individual by making him self reliant and help grow the state’s economy.

“When you focus on only infrastructure without ensuring that the people are empowered with skills to take care of their needs you will begin to encounter crises beyond control. Skills provide economic value since a knowledgeable workforce can lead to increased productivity.”

While thanking the delegation for the visit, Honourable Onwo assured that Aviara community would be well represented in both infrastructural and human capital development.
