The 2019 Strategic Executive Retreat for top functionaries of the Delta State Government has ended in Onicha Ugbo.
The theme for the two day event, which held at the Africa Institute for Public Policy, AIPP, was ” Defining Pathways to Building a Stronger Delta.”
Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, his Deputy, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro, former Governor of Anambra State and Vice Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Mr Peter Obi, the Secretary to the Delta State Government, Mr Chiedu Ebie, the Head of Service, Mr Reginald Bayoko, the Chief of Staff Government House, Olorogun David Edebvie and the Senior Political Adviser to the Governor, Honourable Funkekeme Solomon, were among dignitaries that graced the occasion.
