OKOWA HAILS KEYAMO AS MINISTER

Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, has congratulated Chief Festus Keyamo (SAN), on his appointment as Minister of State for Niger Delta Affairs. 

In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Olisa Ifejika, Okowa said Keyamo’s appointment was well-deserved, considering his antecedents as a legal practitioner of repute.

He urged Keyamo to bring his wealth of experience to bear in his new assignment  in order to address the myriad of challenges be-devilling the Niger Delta region. 

While lauding him for his achievements a successful legal practitioner, Okowa expressed confidence that Keyamo would use his office to attract infrastructural development to Delta and the Niger Delta region. 

The Governor thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for finding an illustrious Deltan worthy to serve in his ‘Next Level’ cabinet and pledged the support of Delta state for the Ministry of Niger Delta to enhance the development of Delta, especially in the area infrastructure and human capital.
