A former member of the House of Representatives, Honourable Onyemaechi Mrakpor, who represented the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, has assumed duty as Director General of the Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency.
Honourable Mrakpor, an evangelist, on her first day at work, led a prayer session at the Agency’s headquarters in Asaba and later undertook an inspection of the office and facilities therein.
Addressing the staff, the Director General appealed to them to discharge their duties with increased dedication and fear of God to ensure the delivery of the development mandate of the Agency, adding that they should be honest and transparent in their official conduct.
She promised to prioritize the welfare of the Agency’s workers as a way of boosting their morale
The DG expressed gratitude to the State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, for her appointment and the mandate to bring about accelerated development in the State Capital Territory and prayed God for divine enablement to succeed in her assignment.
