The eight newly sworn-in commissioners in Delta state have been assigned portfolios.
A statement by the Secretary to the Delta State Government, Mr Chiedu Ebie, shows that Mr Peter Mrakpor and Chief James Auguoye retained their former ministries of Justice and Works.
Professor Patrick Muoboghare is assigned to the Ministry of Higher Education, Chief Patrick Ukah to the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, Honourable Basil Ganagana, Ministry of Energy and Honourable Chika Ossai, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Chief Festus Ochonogor is commissioner for Housing, while Mrs Florence Alanta takes charge of the Ministry of Women Affairs.
