Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has nominated eight persons for appointment as commissioners and members of the state executive council.
The nomination is contained in a letter to the Delta State House of Assembly read by the Speaker at today’s plenary.
The nominees are Patrick Ukah, Patrick Muoboghare, Basil Ganagana, James Augoye, Peter Mrakpor, Chika Ossai, Festus Ochonogor and Florence Alanta.
The nominees are to be screened by the House on Thursday, June 20.
Governor Okowa also got the approval of the State Assembly to appoint 15 Special Advisers.
