A former member of the Board of the State Post Primary Education Board, PPEB, Dr. Henry Ofa, has felicitated with the member representing the Ethiope Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Honourable Benson Igbakpa, on his inauguration.
Dr. Ofa, in a statement issued in Asaba, said the election and successful inauguration of Igbakpa were great political developments that would add value to the lives of the people of the Ethiope Federal Constituency.
The Oghara born politician described Igbakpa, who also served as Commissioner for Transport, as a politician with a strong passion for service, noting that his tenure as member representing Ethiope west in the State House of Assembly witnessed a robust representation that impacted positively on the lives of the people, particularly the youth.
Dr. Ofa said Igbakpa’s performance as a state legislator aided his elavation to the National Assembly for a higher responsibility to the people, stressing that he was confident that the law maker would do well in the Green Chamber.
The PDP chieftain also congratulated the member representing the Ethiope west constituency in the State House of Assembly, Honourable Erhiateke Ibori- Suenu on her inauguration after securing a second term ticket to the Assembly.
Dr. Ofa noted that Erhiateke’s reelection was an uncommon feat made possible by robust representation, humility and sterling leadership qualities.
He enjoined the law maker to use her second tenure to attract more dividends of democracy to the people, assuring her of the continued support of her constituents.
